


A proc from cure or cure 2 that provides a small amount of CDR.
Good in PVP (where it's also much stronger - 50% max CDR instead of 12% max), useless in pve where attacks are timed to certain cycles and cure/cure 2 are last resort spells.
They aren't, that's the problem with them.
Unless someone's dodging a mechanic with their face you can, and should, be doing most of your healing with your very abundant list of healing cooldowns.
Lilies reduce the timer on your cooldowns.
But in order to get lilies you have to use cure or cure 2, which you usually do not need to do thanks to how many healing cooldowns you have, and more importantly they use mp and prevent you from attacking.
So you never want to use cure/cure 2 unless you have to and therefore never generate lilies to do their job of reducing the cooldowns of your ogcd healing spells, which you're mostly using anyway since WHM healing is overkill so generating lilies would just make them overheal even more.
