SE should have properly addressed why a new healer wasn't added. And I don't mean some small comment in an interview. It should have been stated in the keynote. Acknowledging the expected disappointment of no new healer class along with an explanation would have done a lot to ease the anger surrounding it.

However despite this my love for the game hasn't diminished. I don't agree with everything SE does...but really, who does? You can't please everyone and no one gets everything right all the time. And honestly after the multitude of blunders I have experienced with Blizzard, this drama surrounding races and healers seems very small. Those two issues, while very disappointing, are far from game breaking.
The worst part is that they just gave the same reason from SB of wanting to balance the current healers. If they seriously can't balance 3 jobs in 4 years maybe they need a new balance team
