I paid full price for the collectors edition of everything that's come out thus far, I pay for several retainers, I pay for mog station items, many people pay for the phone app. Where is this money going? For heavenward, I'd have believed I was getting my monets worth. But stormblood sucked. There was overall less content and it was generally less enticing to me as a tank main. But shadowbringers seemingly only has food music on offer. It seems like soken is the only person actually working. But I dont see the returns for how much money ffxiv makes. Where is the money going? Cuz I'd be miffed if my sub paid for a movie I'm not interested in. I get more out of a one time $60 than I've gotten out of ffxiv lately.

If you aren't happy with the way things are going, you can always unsub and wait for things to turn around to your liking. You aren't being forced to continue subbing and playing. At the end of the day, its a game and if you aren't getting enjoyment then just take a break.

I'll have to be careful about unsubbing though, wouldnt want the white knights to tell me my opinion is worthless and I wont be missed. I havent been miffed enough to unsub yet surprisingly. Though this fanfest came close.
