Not just WoW but TESO was also like that.... For now they have changed slightly. If only ffxiv veterans played these two mmorpg.. Then they would understand.Hi everyone.
You are just lucky you have a dev team like this. Look at Wow, they dont listen to there community, and the game i trash, many of there subs are trying to find an new mmo, alot of them are even comming over here.
Stop crying, and just be happy that you have a nice team behind you that cares!
Im looking forward to shadowbringer, and finaly get a good race, Lions![]()
Hope you all have a nice day!
While, for ffxiv... I am very happy that the devs are doing their best to appease their audience. They do take alot of risk and with it alot of pressure and problems. So, I would say they are in the right track of being the best mmorpg in the market.

After viewing the interview with Mr. Happy a lot of my fiery feelings towards how SE has treated healers has been contained. What he has said has let me know that what he feels about the current state of healers matches my own, and has stated that they are getting reworked. It is also going to take some time so I would not expect for this role to be fixed when 5.0 hits.
This does not mean those fires have been completely put out. I am still upset that it has gone this far, and that they have not addressed these problems earlier. I still feel that there has been a certain amount of neglect when it comes to the healing role, but also that SE isn't entirely at fault for it. Demand is quite high for a lot of content in this game, but it has definitely got to the point that SE can no longer allow this clusterfuq that is the healing role to continue.
Healers have basically become DPS support roles with healing capability, and I would double - if not triple down that this is going to change. So the healer mains out there that just love to optimize via 'as little healing as possible' are probably going to be the most upset by these changes; while those who have always wanted to be true healers will be quite happy. That is just a prediction so please don't take that as anything official.
In short, I think they know that they've been "screwing us" over and are now willing to stop the bleeding and address it; and it's about freakin time too.
Silly this one got so many likes. Cuse that is your own personal assumption about favoritism.
People r turning blind eye and start nitpicking about why SE havent made DNC into HLR.
I personally knew they wouldnt and also hoped they wouldnt in the way it would display in game if dancer wete a healer. Ya know.
Also im main healer and they didnt screw over me. I rather have them to rework and find solutions in 5.0 which i dont want to hope for.

Personally I do not care about the races I am not changing anyway, I have a lot invested in my character. I also am happy with my jobs right now.
But people have every right to voice their opinion! How else is SE going to know what people want or dislike.
People are paying a monthly subscription and the expansion cost money so they are entitled to a good game or they can walk away.
The only way should not feel entitled is if the game was free and it is not free.
I walked away before Stormblood because it was not for me till Eureka came out.
I ended up buying the expansion after Eureka came out at a discount. now I am playing the game.
If SB is got nothing I want to do I will walk away again.
So far it looks ok to me.
What I really feel is amazing is people crying about people crying.
Which is worse.

I never said I did, but now that the interview is out, we pretty much know that that's the case. I wonder what kind of massive overhauls healing will get. Hopefully it more than makes up for the lack of a new healing job.
AST has cards? Something WHM doesn't have. Only thing WHM really has is Cure 3, but that's barely an identity considering almost every other thing WHM can do, AST can do as well.
♥ Baby, tell me, what's your motive? ♥
Erm, why are you ignoring that 90% of the people asking for male Viera and female Hrothgar are actually giving feedback considering Yoshi announced they would be open for the feedback?Hi everyone.
So last night when i was finish watching the Fan fest, i was 200% hyped for the exp and damn i cant wait.
But this morning i read all the bad forum posts, comments and so on.
By people crying about not getting male or female. they feel entitled ! THEY NEED IT!
We knew that the bunny race had a chance they would be female only, so some wish for them to be male as well. Some of the frist things i see, is people brining real life stuff into this like beeing gay and so on, feel like the game is spitting on them.
Listen here. 90% of the play able races are feminine!.
The FFXIV devs, sounds and prove time and time agian that they make this game for the players and listen to the communitys on the good ideers !.

a lot of us have loved Viera since 2006, and being able to actually play a male Viera has never been an option, now they can give the fans and old fans an exclusive take on the male Viera.
As for the ones that are miffed, and disappointed.
That's not entitlement, people just feel let down that SE is going back to the genderlock they themselves admitted was a mistake in 1.0 and practically said they wouldn't go back to.
If the community never see the shadow of a female Hrothgar or Male Viera, that's that.
If we get them in 6.0, it's a win/win, so I see zero point in fighting the people that want to end the genderlock.
but that's just me.
