Wheres the new healer job? Each Expansion should get 3 new jobs. We need a hammer/wand job with weather Magic. Basically a Shawman job.

Blue Mage was the third job. I hope you enjoyed it.
What are you talking about? We got BLU, GNB, DNC. Also Stormblood got 2 jobs, be lucky we got 3 (2.5?) this time.
I can't remember which live letter it was but it was said back in Heavensward that releasing 3 new jobs at the same time was a nightmare for balancing and that they wouldn't do it again.
BLU is a Stormblood job. Actually, no, it's an ARR job as you don't need to buy any expansion to play it.
No they didn't. They reiterated this when they announced BLU. What they actually said was doing four jobs was too much, because of Ninja getting a 2.4 release.
Not specifically just balancing but they overestimated how much workload they could handle for an expansion and almost killed themselves to release HW on time. Insane crunch time for many weeks in a row cutting into sanity and seeing family. They were all granted a vacation after delivering 3.0, delaying 3.1 a bit and forcing them to change their workflow for future releases.
actually Yoshi-P is quoted as saying that BLU is an ARR job. not HW, not StB, not ShB. ARR.
the only requirement to unlock it is getting level 50 and it starts at level 1
Why can't players wait until the devs have more time to do their jobs why rush the dev team with a flood of requests if they will be busy after expansion with lots of old requests?
Why is so difficult to enjoy new content? While they adjust and balance the game.

I sort of wish they wouldn't say "Multiple new jobs!" when teasing upcoming reveals. Like, I know that 2 is strictly speaking multiple, and they maybe don't want to say "there are exactly 2 new jobs coming", but...just "new jobs" would be better? Maybe it's just me :P it's easier to envision more than 2 when worded that way
