


Paying a monthly subscription is like paying your landlord. That includes the rights you actually have and don't have, and rights you think you have, but actually don't....We're paying them a monthly subscription and full price expansions as well as optional payed content like retainers and cosmetics. I seriously don't understand why you think it's wrong for customers to express their dissatisfaction with the content. It's entirely within customers rights, SE has their own PR they don't need fanatical fans that will defend them against any form of criticism.
