So, concept art of Male Viera = concrete proof they promised them? Or more like you expected them without any solid declaration from the Dev team?

I don't think you read what I wrote. Obviously concept art is not proof or a promise or a fact, but its certainly going to give those of us who wanted Viera added into the game hope that there could be a male and female added to the game at some point.
