what does sin taste like?So the most intriguing detail to me revealed at Fanfest tonight are these entities. These must be the "trancedental beings" that Kuribu and the Amdapori Lion are based on. Which leads me to think the "Holy Cow" of Eureka Pagos might be a Sin Eater too that showed up in that crazy hellscape.
Of course, what I'm really wondering now is: was Ultima, the High Seraph a Sin Eater that Ajora summoned...or something else? I wonder if other Sin Eaters have appeared already.
We will learn that during the final culinarian quest.
i'm currently wondering how the sin eaters interact with other beings are they like voidsent and require mediums/portals to manifest themselves or do they 'naturally' exist while a flood of light is going on. Given that it seems the First is their plane of existence i'm leaning more on the latter since Innocence is a top tier sin eater and is on the First seemingly with no issue.
Now i theorize that Innocence is put in charge of finding and most likely killing Minfilia but i wonder does Innocence answer to someone or did someone else give Innocence information? Do the ascians know about the sin eaters and perhaps entreated with them? Could an ascian fuse with a sin eater despite being opposing elements? and lastly are we really going to be spreading darkness or just a metaphorical darkness as i think killing sin eaters would be 'dark' actions but we wouldn't need to change our 'light' aspect same with protecting Minfilia keeping her alive would be seen as 'dark' on the First but in reality it would be a 'light' action since she is Hydalyn's voice. sorry for loads of questions just that is how fascinated i am with sin eaters XD

We know that the Amdapoori managed to see enough of them to create their lion and kuribu golems, so either another shard was consumed by Light, or they're extraterrestrials like Middy, Omega, and Ultima.i'm currently wondering how the sin eaters interact with other beings are they like voidsent and require mediums/portals to manifest themselves or do they 'naturally' exist while a flood of light is going on. Hmm i wonder if this is not the 1st time the First has had a flood of light its just the one that has progressed the most but then i wonder if the golems true idea for creation was to house sin eaters after the flood has finished its job so many questions ShB can't come soon enough >_<

Just as a random off-the-top-of-my-head thought, it's possible that Sin Eaters are a semi-natural part of the First's ecosystem, and only became malevolent and actively hostile with the rising of the Flood. After all, Kuribu, the winged lion, and Innocence all look rather normal unlike the twisted creatures featured at the Keynote, so they could have just been normal beings that could pop onto the Source at random like voidsent via natural voidgates.
Voidsent themselves are unnatural, though...Just as a random off-the-top-of-my-head thought, it's possible that Sin Eaters are a semi-natural part of the First's ecosystem, and only became malevolent and actively hostile with the rising of the Flood.
