I disagree with this. Highlanders aren't super muscular in frame or at max "chiseled" by any metric. Not when compared to their "softer" Hylean counterpart. Not when compared to femroes. Not when compared to the range of other female playable character options in range from smallest to biggest. When the other "big girl" in the game is still 24 inches minimum shorter than my femroe and only distinguishable from the "smaller" version of their race in stance not actual visually discernible size, you can hardly call it the muscular woman option.

If you want to be female and big in this game you have one option. It kind of sucks that there isn't a fat option in this game, but it is what it is and fat isn't popular with much people other than me in a wish fulfillment based game like this.

I know I'd personally love a new race of some sort with actually fat females (or just another big type similar to femroe but beastly...like um...I don't know, as the counterpart to the hrothgar). There are gaps that could be filled. Female body type variation is one of them.

As I'm a relatively new player it's not a game breaker for me that these gaps in representation do exist, because there is other representation and an almost overwhelming amount of customization in this game.

I know that were it not for deciding to ungenderlock races at some point, I would not even have my femroe to play. While knowing that does make me sympathize with people who expected unlocked viera (since this feels like a step back), it also makes me hopeful that at some point in the future they might unlock viera and hrothgar. Maybe they intend to release the other gender models later because they aren't ready yet? No one likes incomplete character models. It helps me to hold onto hope for a later release date because, like I said before, female hrothgar would be neat if they make them proportionate to their male counterparts.

I get being upset about this, and as a person who unsubbed from WoW several weeks ago over a disagreement in how they treated employees, I think unsubbing for any level of dissatisfaction with the game is valid. I don't disagree with announcing it on the forums, either. This is hopefully the one place your feedback can be heard by the people who can do anything to increase your satisfaction.

I do hope they implement the male and female versions of viera and hrothgar eventually and people unsubbing get to return. I tried a lot of MMOs when I quit WoW and this is the only one that felt complete, even in comparison to WoW itself, as so much of the game's lore is found outside of the game for some reason. It kind of sucks to know what the other gaming options are out there for people quitting this one. I'm sad for all of you.
