Hmmm, that is indeed pretty weird. My Post got deleted, just like the other Posts telling this Homphobic guy to leave.
If there would have been a Problem with the Trademark for Astolfo a Mod would remove the Picture and leave a Note.
Maybe this Homophobic Person felt attacked by it and the Mods deleted it, because...it seems homophobia is allowed but Astolfo not.

But on a moderated Board a Mod should leave a Comment in the empty Post and not just delete it. I did this myself for some time and this is how I was told to handle it.
If there is a Problem with a Picture, delete the Picture not the Post and leave a Note what you did and why.
If there is a Problem with the whole Post, delete the Text and leave a Note what was wrong about it like "deleted for Racism", "deleted for Homophobic behaviour", etc.

Throw Homophobic Comments around and call people fat and ugly. No Mod bats an Eye.
Post a Picture of Astolfo and everybody loses their mind.

Just consider both gender locked races to be the male and female version of the same race and your salt will clear right up. I really don’t get why people make such a fuss over things that don’t change actual gameplay. I don’t even play a healer and I think it would be much more important to get another healing class in the game for people than worry about races that don’t have genders.

Hey now. Those Viera ladies are NOT half assed.
They easily have the best asses in the game.

Though that says more about the sorry state of our posteriors than anything.

Considering I'm an older player than all of you, I don't think SE is going to be losing too many old players. I think they're only going to be losing people that never really cared about FF to begin with.

They might not lose many players, but reputation will take a hit because of gender locking on races that does hold potential to become good. Male Viera and female Ronso are looking to be a hot choice if all goes well if they revoke the gender lock option.

It's dumb that there are no male viera or female hrothgar. It's just pointedly obvious that they planned poorly and were unable to fully implement both races. It looks, and feels, inadequate and cheap--not the kind of delivery we've come to expect from SE.

Will I quit over it? No, I am quite enjoying the game and I like the look of Shadowbringers.

Do I feel disappointed with the new races? Yes. Au'ra excited me enough to make two of them. I was all ready to fantasia one of my alts into a hrothgar until I saw what they looked like. Just furry roe male bodies with new heads? For real? lol

I feel like people forget it is ultimately SE's choice as to what they add and what they do not add. It is really getting old seeing these childish posts. Be glad none of you that are complaining played MMO's back in the 90's. Races/classes were locked behind more than just gender. I could only imagine the hissy fits that there would be.
