I feel dumb for forgetting to counter this point. The only females in this game that aren't incredibly skinny are female roegadyn and lalafells. Highlanders have a touch more bulk to them but not much more. Otherwise every female in this game is super skinny.

they are not super skinny analogs to your male equivalents, the male equivalent your are asking for would be a frail and thin female which is basically the waif proportion. they have many slim/athletic females, but no frail skinny females. Women body types in this game are actually all very similar. most focused from slim to average, with one being slightly muscular.

(2 slim slim/average males 2-3 normal muscular males 1 stocky muscular male, with a possible second on the way.

females we have
4 slim-slim average females 1athletic average female and 1 muscular female.



similarly to males there is no female with much fat/curve (ignoring lala) the main difference is women in this game is more concentrated on slim/average and male is pretty spread out, but removing all levels of fat from builds.

Unfortunately you are incorrect again. How many women do you know out in the world that are that kind of super model figure without being underweight? The number is growing yes, but the average female has more bulk than most of the women in this game. Unfortunately I'm unable to unearth a decent image to match the one I posted earlier. A race gender isn't a game feature tho...So calling it a missing feature is a huge stretch. Yeah, everyone knows Males exist, its just that they never really make themselves known. People will always bring up "The-Lore" because thats just what it is. And you can't really counter a race from previous games with established lore against new races in the current game. Im not saying you can't be upset about it, but the arguments don't work.
And 1.0 before ARR 2.0 is a whole different issue I think.

You should probably go google what the word feature means. Playable races in a game are very much a feature. And no, the males not appearing in previous games doesn't mean they can't appear in this game. How do you not see the logical inconsistencies in your argument? You know Xaela and Raen would usually stick to their homelands too? That doesn't mean there aren't a few who have left their homes behind, same could as easily be true for male Viera, even if it's just one rogue. The same is also true for Duskwights, there's not really any npc ones, I can only remember the rival from the lancer class quests. It's just because SE didn't feel like adding them that they are the way they are.

I did not play XI for this reason and I will not play XIV if gender inequality is reinstated here.
