Thank you for putting it this way. The absence of male viera is a mistake but the inclusion of gender-locked Ronso takes it further and turns it into an insult. Not how SE wants their consumers to be feeling, I think.

These races are homages to the originals that they were based off of: Ronso and 12's Fran.

Stop using buzzwords you have no business of using because you're talking with feelings rather than logic right now.

They're called Ronso in Japan. Homages don't have to look EXACTLY like their original counterparts. That's not what homages are. They're made with the inspiration of the original in mind.

They're called Hrothgar in Japanese too. They're called "Ronso" for everyone (English, Japanese, etc) in the First world (the shard of Hydaelyn we will be going to).

Yea, I know. If the first name is such a pain to say though, they should have just stuck with one option really. People are just going to call them XIV's version of Ronso honestly, it's the lesser of two evils to say.
