Male Viera... Unsubbing for now.

There is no way the devs could have pleased everyone. For example, I couldn't care less about Viera, but am EXTREMELY happy about Hrothgar. Some people feel the opposite. Last time we got Au'ra and some people loved it others hated it. Such is part of life, not every wish we have will become true. Yet a vocal minority feels entitled enough to rain on everyone else's parade and not respect the dev's work. Look, if you're going to unsub over a missing cosmetic appearance change (which is all races are about) that has zero impact on gameplay, maybe it was time to take a break from the game after all. Male bunnies and F ronso will most definitely come eventually, so hopefully you come back by then.

Just consider both gender locked races to be the male and female version of the same race and your salt will clear right up. I really don’t get why people make such a fuss over things that don’t change actual gameplay. I don’t even play a healer and I think it would be much more important to get another healing class in the game for people than worry about races that don’t have genders.

It's dumb that there are no male viera or female hrothgar. It's just pointedly obvious that they planned poorly and were unable to fully implement both races. It looks, and feels, inadequate and cheap--not the kind of delivery we've come to expect from SE.

Will I quit over it? No, I am quite enjoying the game and I like the look of Shadowbringers.

Do I feel disappointed with the new races? Yes. Au'ra excited me enough to make two of them. I was all ready to fantasia one of my alts into a hrothgar until I saw what they looked like. Just furry roe male bodies with new heads? For real? lol

I'm unsubbing until male Viera are added, sorry devs. I love the game, but I have been hoping for this for a really long time (well before Viera were confirmed or hinted at coming to the game). I understand this is probably a little childish, but I'm not worried about appearing that way.

I'm happy the Ronso crowd got their race, but I'm very disappointed we've yet again taken the route of "men big manly" and "women sleek sexy". Games with genderlocking in races and classes NEVER keep my attention. Black Desert looks great, for example, but my favorite classes are female only so I just can't bring myself to play it.

Unfortunately, between BLU, no male Viera, and (so far) no healer... I'm just really let down.

Please consider bringing us male Viera very soon.
