Well the one in the fanart of your signature for starters. So long flowing ones. But also short ones and those that might give the characters are more rugged appearance. (And for those that want it some nice beards too)

Looking at how Viera ladies are, it will be the same for the men having similar proportions as Elezen (Small head, broad shoulders, lanky). Although, as they have done with the ladies, the guys will look great regardless due to their unique features including long and wild looking hairstyles.
