It depends a lot on what people find feminine and what not, tbh. Just as example, some of players from my country find male Miqo'te feminine just because of their shorter than average height and because of their classic "ikemen" faces, completely ignoring their body type and animations. If anything, male Viera most likely would fall into the same area, with the difference of being tall and maybe having more "stiff" emotions. They still would be "handsome man" type by face, according to Yoshida own description of them (elezen height and proportions + miqo'te faces).I somehow doubt that. If anything, it's the macho archetype what they seem to dislike. Bishonen boys are everywhere and very popular so my guess would be it's not because they'd be feminine (which, lorewise, they'd be far from), but because they're specifically bunny people.
As for the macho archetype.... oof. It's not that they don't like it. Half of available options are actually pretty much this (Highlanders, Roegadyns, Hrothgars, Au Ra to some extent with more model type vibes). It's more that they seem to have issues with working with them, or, rather, not having enough knowledge about what people would excpet to see in this archetype face-wise at least.
I missed something interesting, apparently.
Maybe that means one day I will see a lion woman with thighs that will crush empires...One can dream...

i wouldnt call it the cycle of this Thread more so cycle of Zeylos
Which is... maybe not entirely wrong, but still kind of bold to say, considering that it's usually them who implements the most "wild" things into games (wedding attires gender unlock and 2B dress, hello), along with also some Korean MMOs. Like okay, they do this out of demand and maybe jokingly a bit, but still, they actually do this, unlike many Western games. /shrug
Some practices could be seen that way, but no, calling the whole country sexist is wrong.Which is... maybe not entirely wrong, but still kind of bold to say, considering that it's usually them who implements the most "wild" things into games (wedding attires gender unlock and 2B dress, hello), along with also some Korean MMOs. And some people pointed that out to the person
True. Not to mention that there are plenty of things in the West that can be considered this way as well, yet no one screams that "the entire Europe" or "the entire US" are sexist (at least not at this Forum..??). I could say that I hope that Zeylos is will ever reconsider his opinion about the matter, but my hopes are honestly low.
