Sooo...which race do u think fits the best? Personally I think they all look awesome with fluffy ears and hair... we need that gorgeous fluffy Viera hair available for everyone...I know it wont happen ever BUT LOOK AT THEM!

I honestly found the male Miquote with the Viera ears the best. The roe with the hairs looked a bit funny to me while the rest was okay.

You could at least try being more subtle about your trolling and contribute something to the discussion - so which of the races you like the best as viera? I totally agree with Allegor, we should have had bodytape sliders to begin with. Your thoughts?

I said clearly that I wasn't looking for the macho-man formula because I know beforehand that this game was going to be full of weeb things. I can see that you didn't get the irony and you've been arguing with me because it hurt so much or something.

I already gave my opinion about the race a few pages ago. You'd be too busy counting the number of hugs I need in real life.

I just CANT believe adding some stubble and more epic beard options for everyone is so hard...Like every other mmo has so much more options...

I have a high suspicion it has something to do with their inability to make more options for races (meaning here muscles/tales/ears and such). There is a possibility that they still have some 1.0 specters in the code which stop them from adding everything they want.

I'm still not convinced that it's as difficult as they claim it is. They've been dealing with the issue of coding for quite some time and have managed to get around a great many issues. I'd say it's more that there's a sense of subtle disdain and dismissal on behalf of the development team where male characters are concerned. It doesn't help that one of their guests was openly lashing out at the idea of good looking men in a recent interview. (Yet mysteriously promoting 'waifu' characters at the same time).

I'd also point to things such as Hien's outfit. I won't say it's terrible but it has obvious texture issues and is a blatant adjustment of an existing asset. Lyse and Yotsuyu had much more effort put into making their attire look good and smooth - despite both playing less of a role overall in Stormblood than the Prince of Doma.

In case with coding you always need to be extremely careful when changing even one line, because there is never a guarantee you will not break the whole system at all.

Though I am agree that overall male characters have less attention than females. I hate it, but it's sadly normal in MMO (where female characters are, commonly, more than 60% of the whole amount) and in games just in general. I also don't get why they continue to make poor quality textures for new outfits when they could place HD at least there, but welp.

Mind linking that interview i'm interested.

He was only the Prince until we liberated Doma so by lv68 he was King (reckless King given what he does but King nonetheless) still doesn't excuse that texture though surprised they let it get like that.
