Of course humans would have similar human "base," the difference is that Urianger isn't your skinny and elegant Viera you were hoping for, he's the broader Elezen/Au ra which the concept art depicts.

IMO, Urianger could literally be a male viera model on the works lol. It fits the body type their meant to have perfectly imo
