Male Viera as a playable character! show your support

Highlanders might have been only playable as male for a short while, but there was female highlanders in the game. There is no proof that, "theres no female highlanders" There is proof that there are only FEMALE vieras though. Example FF12.... Males don't exist, theres no sprite outside of fanart anywhere that there has been a male Viera.

All female Highlanders that existed, to my knowledge as a 1.0 player, used Midlander models and weren’t really called Highlanders. The only real example we have of Highladies being Yda and Minfilia but looking at them you wouldn’t even be able to tell. The reason? The women stayed in Gyr Abania to protect their land so no models were ever created or needed. They then said after the events that led up to 2.0 that the women started to leave to persue other ventures, such as being sellswords rather than stay.

Their background is very similar to male Viera and there were no Highlander Women with Highlander models in game until 2.0.
