Now I'm confused. Male Miqo'te have quite wide age gap in their face types, you know? There is a teen-type face (G'raha Tia used it), ~18+ y.o. type face (Mugear_Bahamut uses it as far as I can see under his eye bondage), ~25+ y.o. type face (the one you and me use) and ~35+ y.o. type face (X'rhun Tia from RDM quest line uses it). So.... older than which one?

As for fur, would be good to have it as optional feature, but not as permanent one, in my own preferences, but that's not up to me to decide anyway. x)

Oh I guess the one that is in my profile pic, not sure which one that would fit under. I’d be okay with like a miqote- au ra type face, something that’s submissive but can also look dominant. The fur patch should definitely be an option because I know some don’t want it so it could either be part of the 2 clans or a customization option.

As far as Miqo'te are concerned, the face that X'rhun uses is my favourite. To me, it is the best of the lot and it is a real shame that it isn't utilised more often! I'd be on board with Viera men having an option that has a similar level of 'grit' to it. After all, Viera men live solitary lifestyles for the most part and would be weathered by such an experience. I suspect they would be rather aloof and reserved in their demeanor, though quick to spring into action if required - switching to fierce and intimidating in a flash.

Well, appearance isn't really strictly connected with your life experience, it's more about genetic (the point is, that if somebody lives solitary life doesn't mean they can't look like bishounen). Most males in this game have "young" and "old" face options (except maybe Hroths due to the fact they are furries and probably lalas) so if there ever will be mViera, they most likely will have "young and handsome" and "adult and grumpy" options same as others.

And well, the fact that X'ruhn face is quite unpopular says a lot for itself about playerbase preferences, but that's another story.

I suppose you do not! Either way, I'm pleased to know that you're on board with the idea of Viera men being tall, handsome and possessed of a boxer's physique.

Moving on, though, I find myself wondering how much more lore we will see in regards to Viera men within the game itself moving forward. I don't think they will have a physical presence anytime soon but quests and other forms of flavour text may give us more insight into them.

I think we will actually find out more with their appearance. We might find out if they are taller than females, if they have the fur patch or some don’t or something? Body type, clothing, ears? Who knows. We might find out more involving their environment too.

If they are ever added, I reaaaaally hope the chest fur is optional. I can understand why it would appeal to some people, but it's just not for me.
