They were never going to announce everything in one day. The dream is still alive. There's still another showcase at a later date. Pretty sure they announced new races for Shadowbringers at the 2nd or 3rd Fanfest. What we got was...1 and a half Fanfests worth of information, pretty much. Yoshi P also padded a lot of this showcase time talking about numbers.

My very literal mind just took it as him saying "No comment" on the female only race for now.

They didn't disappoint on that front. I'm not going to hold out for second fanfest to say much on the topic, but if it does, it does. Not much else to say on it at this point.

I'm still hopeful for the fanfest in may, I don't think it's confirmed we're not getting male viera / female hrothgar. I choose to have hope until the last moment.

Well the reveal was kinda dissapointing in this front ,not like I was expecting anything but a mention would have been nice. I hope hey tell us about it or, hopefully, reveal male viera and also female htrogar on May during the next FanFests

I dont doubt someone will ask, I doubt they will get a proper response further than 'we are working hard!' so I guess it will be about 3 months of waiting to get any info which is incredibly disheartening at this point.. I'd rather get a 'we arent able to add male viera and female hrotgar' or a 'maybe in some other expansion' than this, but there really isnt anything we can do but hope they get properely adressed at the next fanfest
