DANCER IS A DPS?

Having had Dancer as a healer was their opportunity to do something completely different but i guess they do not share that vision.
People are not being over dramatic, 6 years to wait for a new healer is a long time and every expansion they add dps which we already had enough of until 6.0

The "reworks" will have to be damn good and balanced because many healer mains will for sure unsub.
Because from what i have read about what others said about the Mr.Happy interview it would sound like no new healers even for 6.0, i could be wrong

It's not just the Yoshi P interview people are drawing conclusions from. In the Naoki Corner #1 or something, Yoshida mentioned he wanted to "Make WHMs easier to play" which could be absolutely disasterous as they're already easy to play, have too little variety in what they can do already and stripping them even more could ruin the whole job. People fear that because, well, that's what has been happening to the WHM ever since Heavensward. And what the other two jobs have that put them leaps and bounds over the WHM is the utility they bring to their raid groups. Something WHM is in severe lack of.

If these fears turn out to be true, which unfortunately there is precident for, that means they will not have balance between the healers in 5.0 and, thus, give them the excuse to use again in 6.0 for not adding a new healing job.

That is very sad to hear then. I only heal from time to time but really wanted a new healer this coming expansion as would have tried something new from being a dps main.
So what is next mellee caster dps that players will start on and SE implement?
I joke of course but this whole needing to add dps every expansion is getting old. I will of course still play Dancer as had wanted it for sometime, but aargh
