Fatal DirectX Errors

Try to downclock your GPU in 10 or 20 MHZ steps, i had these too when i got my new GPU, the GPU was running in OC Mode, and hat these Fatal Direct X errors in other games too (Dying Light, Diablo 3), since i turned the switch to Non OC Mode, my games running fine without errors (Currently running at 1340/2000 MHZ). I guess Direct X 11 ist pretty sensitive with Ooverclocked GPUs (maybe not for everyone) try it.
