Can we please get a dev comment about servers being full?

A lot of folks in NA woke up this morning to find out servers were full. While I am sure there is a reason behind this we have a few LS folks who were unable to wake up at 3am to ensure they could join us. I suspect SE will open the servers up again this week but a confirmation from the dev team would help to clarify.

No really, I assume they expected ragnorak to have more people moving onto it and becuase that hasn't happened, the rest of the servers are full. It is seemingly working on some bizzaro one-in-one-out system and is congested as hell. So it's likely working as intended, but they didn't intend for ragnorak to be given the cold shoulder. My best guess anyway.

i think they put a temporary cap on all server to get people to go to Ragnarok. i think they'll open transfers up again.

That would be nice, currently half my LS is one place, the other half somewhere else and everyone's stuck lol. I've heard a few people mention this theory though, we'll just have to wait and see as usual I guess

i dont think thats what is happening

but i do know they will open them up(by raising the limit per server) over time til the merge is done and they are happy with the results

If they wanted to get more people onto Ragnarok they would have displayed it as "almost full" and every other world as empty :P

after they see how many people left each server to go to ragnarok they will know how many spot to open to balance them.
