No, there does need to be clarification made regarding what plans there are. This isn't about QQ because of what you are claiming. Maybe the best idea would be to not project your opinions upon others. Explain how a process is "fair" for those who had to wake up at 3am in order to transfer? While I doubt this is the case (that servers are permanently closed) there needs to be communication in order to clarify what the plan is.

Why are so many people moving servers anyway? Entire linkshells moving instead of staying intact in the new server that your old server will become? Did you not suspect people would be stuck and left out??

basicaly it says no mistake was made, the servers that were overfull started out as X for a reason

and as the system updates and people choose where they go itl possibly change the ability to transfer from server to server
(as in the X could become a triangle)
