Hi there! I....don't know exactly where to put this, but I hope here is ok.

Basically, I'm just offering a suggestion that the earlier classes should all be given a split choice for their final job. Similar to Arcanist.

For that matter, Arcanists should also be allowed to choose to play as DPS or a Healer in the dungeons.

Some more specific Ideas I have are as follows.

Rogue into Ninja OR Pirate (A class focused more on thieving and DOTs).
Marauder into Warrior OR Berserker (A class that bases more into raw damage, and does more damage the less health they have).
Archer into Bard OR Ranger (Getting in touch with nature and maybe having a chance for getting an animal companion to fight with you).
Conjurer into White Mage OR Shaman (Focused more on the Nature aspect, with spells that damage the enemy while strengthening the party).
Thaumaturge into Black Night OR Necromancer (Allowing for spells that raise wraiths, skeletons, or perhaps a physical thrall).
Lancer into Dragoon OR Knight (A tank based class with better defense, and the option for mounted combat).
Pugilist into Monk OR Brawler (A heavier hitting tank based class).
Gladiator into Paladin OR a Bladesman (A dual-wielding sword class that goes full DPS).
