Lodestone, Forum and Mogstation have not updated my character for a month

Not sure if posting this on the forum will result in a fix but here goes.

So I resubbed to ffxiv about a month ago. When I resubbed I did a world transfer from Omega to Cactuar, and used a Fantasia to go from a Lalafell to a Hyur.

I have been playing a lot this month, joined a new FC, leveled up a bunch of jobs, and yet my lodestone profile has not updated. It still shows my Lalafell on Omega, no level gains and not in an FC.

My character has also seemed to not have updated on the forum.

On the Mogstation, when I buy something I see a "duplicate" of my character. One being on omega and one being on Cactuar.

I tried making a new character as a test and that one updated accurately within a day, so it seems to just be an issue with my main.

I have been going back and forth with support for the past two weeks or so and there suggestion was to just post the issue on this forum.

As far as the ffxiv companion app, my character does update regularly on that but all the websites are essentially useless to me right now.

Another month gone by and my profiles have still note been updated. Really at a loss for what to do.. Support cant seem to help, they just keep telling me to post on the forums..

You should probably post this to the technical support forum, since it sounds like the glitch is to do with the game (duplicated character) rather than the website.
