The issue got fixed. It was a bug in the Windows 10 installation files so I had to reinstall the latest update again. Anyways, thank you for your response.

How long has this issue persisted? About 4-6 days
Also does the sound cut out when a headset is not plugged into the computer? I can't answer that, because I haven't tried it out
Is there an error message that occurs when the screen goes black? Unfortunately no. It's just a black screen
