Hi, our group is currently looking for a Warrior/Paladin and a Bard/Machinist. We are currently on 010S but are willing to make exceptions if you have seen enrage on 09S. A little bit about ourselves, 4 of us started raiding together at the beginning of Stormblood and due to some issues with certain members, we ended up disbanding right before we could finish the tier. Since then, we have tried party finder and joining other statics, but we finally came to the conclusion that we\\'d like to attempt to make our own group again. We are punctual, know our jobs, look up guides for fights, look up different strategies if people are having issues and most importantly, we are actually interested in clearing this tier. If I had to put a label on the group I would say we are midcore. What we are looking for in our members is punctuality, the motivation to keep up with your gear and melds, lookup guides for fights we are on or are close to going into, if you have an issue with a mechanic or strategy don\\'t be afraid to say something, the ablitity to learn from your mistakes, a certain amount of respect and knowledge of your job is a must. We aren\\'t asking people to be 80+ percentile, we just ask that you know your job and what you have to do. For us, it\\'s not okay to be grey . We also ask that people are able to perform mechanics consistently once we have learned them and starting out, we expect people to be at least 380+ item level but may make exceptions. Our raid times and days: Tuesday, Wednesday,Thursday 10:00pm -12:30am EST with the exception of Thursday starting around 10 mins late due to the work of one of our members.
