    Yes, it happens on all headphones I have, they work fine in any other device and even on my laptop when not in the game. I didn't have this problem before on my old laptop, and I think it started happening after I had to reformat and install windows again on my current one. It didn't happen before when I bought it. It's been about 2 weeks now.... (I just play without headphones but it's bothering a lot when I'm in discord calls).

    And yes, it happenes when ffxiv is the only program running.
