Sound with static/buzz only on ffxiv

Guys I need some help, for some reason my headphones are making a static noise only when I'm playing ffxiv ;w; I updated all the drivers and it didn't solve the problem. Plus, the speakers of my laptop are fine, it's only when I'm using the headphones in the game. It's fine when playing other things or listen to music/watching videos.

And it interfers when I'm with a party on discord too, the call quality gets really bad. And it's odd that when I change the window from the game to discord it suddenly gets better. This is happening only when I'm in the game window...

Anyone knows the problem and the solution?

Yes, it happens on all headphones I have, they work fine in any other device and even on my laptop when not in the game. I didn't have this problem before on my old laptop, and I think it started happening after I had to reformat and install windows again on my current one. It didn't happen before when I bought it. It's been about 2 weeks now.... (I just play without headphones but it's bothering a lot when I'm in discord calls).

And yes, it happenes when ffxiv is the only program running.
