    90002 Error in Heaven on High

    For last 2 days every time get to floor 25 or 26 get 90002 error. Then go login again and say unable to login and only way fix it to login to another database then out again. Please fix this. Each time never have any lag and have no background programs running. I'm on pc wired to internet modem. Did all stormblood hunts and didn't have one problem till went inside Heaven on High.

    Good afternoon and thank you for posting in the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

    What have you tried to alleviate the problem so far? Do you get disconnected only in Heaven on High or do you experience it elsewhere in game? Is the game allowed through the firewall?
