Why Oschon’s Wings and why is your tag <<RouHa>>?
That has nothing to do with your free company’s name!

If you aren’t already acquainted with “The Twelve” or the pantheon of Eorzea… well,
now you are acquainted with one of them!

“Oschon {oh'-shun} is the ruler of the mountains and god of vagrants. He commands the element of Wind and
is associated with the sixth moon of the Eorzean calendar. Oschon is the brother of Nald'thal and the
close companion of Halone. He is most often depicted as a carefree ranger wielding a bow of yew.
His symbol is the walking stick.”

(The term vagrant denoted that begging is done but I reassure you, we don’t! We’re just wanderers!)

As adventurers, we consistently wander into new territory and travel from place to place all the time.
Not to mention, Oschon is known to be carefree, which I always hope our members of the free
company get a chance to be in their busy schedules and hectic lives. The Wings derived simply
from the diety’s element of the Wind, and thus… Oschon’s Wings was formed!

<<RouHa>> is a nod to our free company’s name because honestly, <<OW>> does not fly for
me and <<O’sW>> isn’t classy. RouHa originates from the Japanese words: Ronin and Hane,
which means wanderer and feather appropriately.

Oschon’s Wings Goals and Ambition
Needless to say, as all free companies’ motivation, we desire to reach end game content
together, run raid and dungeons when people needs or wants to. I’d like to one day see
Oschon’s Wings have a full 24 man raid by ourselves!

However, while the few who started Oschon’s Wings together aren’t all up to end game content
just yet, a lot of us love helping new players to reach where we are and see each
other progress. To be precise, we enjoy helping people who fight for their answers.

And thus it leads us to the next subject!


People we’re Looking For
We’re looking for both experienced and inexperienced. Perhaps even on the more casual, carefree side.

For experienced players, we’re looking for people who are just slightly laid-back like us
and looking forward to helping sprouts or reacquainting returners back into the world of
Eorzea. Participate in free company’s dungeons raids and runs when there’s a call to arms!

However, if you’re new, or just returned and a tad bit clueless with the new changes, fret not,
our wings are open to you too. We will be there for you when you have some burning questions
or need some people to pop into the dungeon with you. At your own time, own pace and once
you’re ready, join the higher levels in full parties first, then raids!


Gist of our Current members
Currently, most of the members are on a timezone of GMT + 8 and most of us are working individuals.
We communicate mainly in English.

Always remember that the help you offer to others is out of your own will.

Do not harass anyone. This extends out to non FC members.
You’re a representation of our free company once you’ve joined us.

Remain polite and respectful to each other.

Oschon's Wings Fun Requirements
(… sounds a bit odd, but bear with me here.)

As our free company have some sort of theme in it, I make it a thing to
want my members to have a “uniform” and I have coined a specific
mount as our free company's official mount.

However, because it’s fun requirement, it’s not something I’m going
to bring down the iron fist on anyone in Oschon’s Wings. It’s not the
main reason of the free company after all.
