90002 Every single day I play, every time I try going into a new instance.

This is always constantly happening and it's absolutely infuriating

Join an instance I DC, teleport to a different map I DC, enter a house I DC, always constant disconnections, what can I do to fix this, this didn't use to happen but it's become a daily constant thing now.

Usually this wouldn't bother me but now that I can't even raid in the new Eureka dungeon is really upsetting, join a party everyone gets into the new instance and I dc, come back find myself back in Kugane and now I can't join the same instance as them.

    Platform: PC
    Error: 90002
    Connection: Wireless Wifi
    Mbps Download 69.9
    Mbps Upload 5.08
Only one character I play currently.
Where am I booted: Character Select
What happens: Anytime I change map or join an instance, I have a 70% chance that I am going to dc and have to log back into the game, the client remains open and I have to wait till my character is logged out of the world before I can get back in. It can occasionally kick me out while standing in town too but low chances of it doing it.

I have the same problem. I used the recommendations on the link(http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...=1#post4514097) The problem remains relevant (

    Same Issue.

This issue is still occuring for me as well. It seems it happens randomly, some times when I am teleporting to a new area others when I am in the middle of a instance or just running around, but after a while of playing (anywhere from 1-3 hours but sometimes quicker). It has become a real annoyance. I have tried all the things listed on the post linked (http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...=1#post4514097) and still experiencing the issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Platform: PC
    Error: 90002 or 90001
    Connection: Wired
    Mbps Down: 180
    Mbps Up: 5.6

Same issue here since few hours. I am currently finishing Hildibrand Quests, and 90002 happens every 20-30 mins, which is really not nice. Earlier days I was able to play whole day without a single dc error. I think I will give up for today. Any comments from staff?

Been getting random DC's since this morning. I'm not sure what the issue is. Reset my router a couple times but it's still happening.

Thank you for posting in the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

I apologize for the delay in our response to this issue. If anyone is still experiencing this issue, please provide the following:

-What was tried so far to alleviate the problem
-Where disconnect occurs (if you have not done so already)

    Hope to see you online!

I've tried restarting my modem and router twice already. Deleted all of my browsing history for Google Chrome. I'm getting disconnected almost less than five minutes back to back when I'm trying to do instances. My internet seems completely fine so im not sure what the problem is.

Edit - Now im just being disconnected in general. Literally just dc'd just now trying to teleport to the golden saucer. There seems to be a delay just in general. While doing my skill rotations on a dummy some of the skills take quite a bit of time to register or just flat out drop mid-combo.

I solved my issues with following steps:
    1. Restart router/modem
    2. Open Command Prompt (windows search > type cmd > right click and "Run as administrator")
    3. In cmd type:
ipconfig /flushdns > and click enter
ipconfig /release > click enter again
    ipconfig /renew > wait a while, then...
    4. Restart PC

Yesterday I was able to play whole day without a single disconnection.

Now, when I entered the game, I got a disconnect(err. 900002). After that I went into the game and after 10 minutes I again got a disconnect.

    Thank you for the reply.

Rinku421: Where any changes to the network made? Also is the game allowed through the firewall? If not could you please check the fire wall settings? Please also try the following:

    - Check to see if the following port ranges are opened on your router. You can contact your ISP and request they open them for you:
    ▼TCP
    54992 through 54994,
    55006 through 55007,
    55021 through 55040

Engi_Neer: if you have not done so already, please try port forwarding using the instructions above. Were any changes to the network made?

    Hope to see you online!
