Lol this old story. The profanity filter is in place as a tool for people who want to avoid being exposed to profanity. It is not a tool put in the game to allow you to break the ToS which indicates that they don't want you to use inappropriate language in game.

It's incredibly simple folks. You agreed to the ToS and that's it. If you get away with cursing in game, good for you! If you get caught then you have to deal with the consequences. Arguing about the filter which is in place to help others not be exposed to profanity is stupid. It is not a tool in place to help you break the ToS you agreed to. Any other opinions on the ToS or the cursing rules are irrelevant. If you don't agree to them then do not click "agree" and go play another game, it's as simple as that.
