    if your going to be uptight over every little thing go play wow or use the party finder but in duty finder your just a random person that doesn't matter.... now when you team up in pf you matter but in finder srry but could less about small things on lvling content
    considering how the synch system works it does matter. Max level content has a min ilvl and you can far outgear the content itself (which outside of hard content most people do at this stage.) in lvling dungeons (especially SB and HW) you are either just at gear or just above it at best. So you you really feel it when someone cant be bothered to at least semi try to upkeep there gear. Quite a selfish attitude for a MULTIPlAYER party based game. Many like to say that "elitists" are the worse part of the community, but people with attitudes like yours are far FAR worse.
