Plus there is the whole waiting 5mins (or was it 10mins?) issue once a duty has started, can't dismiss during loot rolls, and depending on the role players might not want to spend a long time waiting for a replacement.

    I'm pretty sure you can vote kick at any time, and its the 'vote abandon' that has time in instance requirement. Nevertheless, the rest of your points still stand.

    vote kick is 5 mins. Vote abandon is 15. (Or 10. Not quite positive on that timer)
