The kicker: these guys had a lvl 70 each a tank and a healer and they were that bad and had no regard for anyone but each other as they que'd together into the dungeon with me and another rando and wasted almost 20 mins of our time, yeah I'm a tank and can get insta ques but it's the principle. Don't que into dungeons with gear that's 50, 60, 100 ilvls below the dungeon and use your abilities and stand out of the bad that's all everyone wants.

And only one of those 3 can the devs alleviate the problem, which they currently are not doing hence the request to try.

I don't want to sound rude... but please use punctuation. Commas, full stop, I had a hard time reading your post being one massive sentence without punctuation.
