Is this really a problem people have? I've run several thousand dungeons and have yet to experience this.

The only problem I see are players not playing their class correctly. Once dungeon run I had a paladin run with Sword Oath and COULD NOT keep threat. I and others asked over and over for them to change to Shield Oath but they completely ignored us. Yes I even used the auto translate but their game was already set to English only language. We ended up having to kick him. THIS is the bigger problem, lazy or uninformed players not knowing how to play their class, or just trolling.

Once upon a time, I didn't have that problem either. Or at the very least, it didn't look all that apparent to me.

Then everything changed when SB attacked. I mean came in.

Up to this day, the most notorious dgns for having people come in severely undergeared are Sirensong and Castrum. My favorite was this one run in Sirensong where the healer in AF2 gear died to a fully shared stack mech from first boss even with full hp. You know what else made my day in that run? When I pointed it out--and also made the mention that I was gonna do small pulls--the dragoon in that party said the healer was fine cuz "she has a 250 weapon" and even got snarky that I didn't do the first mass pull there. That insta death promptly shut him up
