Too much logging in and inability to use promo code

When in the Mog Station it makes me re-enter my information pretty much every time I change pages. It does this while entering my promo code for the fat black Chocobo. when I get to the next screen after what feels like my 50th time entering my login information a message pops up saying no valid service account available. Can anyone help?

Were you using proxy? I used to use my isp proxy and that happened, once I turned it off, the problem disappeared.

If you are having these issues I'd suggest doing what Neri did and maybe a bit more like disabling any ad blocker you have (or whitelisting the site).
