I know the feels OP. I’ve been in a static since A9-12 were out. I haven’t been happy with our progress for quite some time now, and I have been debating on leaving for months now. Lately we have had a lot of bad luck in regards to holding members. Either people get kicked for not doing as well as we would like (mainly with healers because I’m picky with cohealers), or the people trying us out leave because certain people in our group decide to have a bad day and we wipe a lot. They want to do ultimate, but I’m not really sure if they are capable due to not everyone is actively trying to get better and optimize, even when we know the fight. I’ve only stayed because I’ve grown attached to them, since they were my very first static and who got me into the raiding scene. I keep holding out hope that things will improve once ShB raids become a thing.
