Can’t Annul Eternal Bond

Steps:
1. I tried to get married but when I went NPC in the East Shroud Sactum of the Twelve it said that I had to annul the existing bond. Which i have already done previously so don't have the ring.
2. When I spoke to the Sanctum Acolyte NPC(X 17.8 / Y 18.3) it said that I needed to bring him the Eternity Ring. I have looked for in and can't find it, I did a search for it and all I got was No items found in your inventory, No items found in retainer inventories.

The message about annulling your existing bond is a little misleading. All it means is that some conditions aren't being met, and it mentions that you might need to annul your existing bond if you haven't done so already. It's more likely that you simply aren't in a party, or in the same zone, or both wearing the promise wristlets.

I’ve annul my existing bond a while ago..
My partner got the quest “the ties that bind” while I can’t get the quest cause it keeps saying I have to handover the Eternity Ring to annul my existing bond which I don’t have and the Eternity Ring can’t be just discarded by myself. So I know i’m 100% divorced.
Me and my partner were in the same party and both wearing the promise wristlet too.

I had a message back from the Game Master Team who wanted to see more detailed information on the steps we’ve tried and wanted me to put it down here.
So here are the steps we’ve done:

1. Purchasing the Promise Wristlet (Gold) at MogStation
2. After obtaining the wristlet from our mogmail we went together in a party to East Shroud.
3. At Claribel we both put the Promise Wristlet (Gold) on which was NON-USED.
4. We both talked to Claribel. My partner got the quest and I didn’t get the quest cause it said I had to annul my existing bond with the Eternity Ring which I don’t have in my inventory or retainer. I’ve contacted the support and Game Master Team have looked it up in the system for me and confirmed i’m 100% divorced.

I have followed all the steps support teams has told me to do and the problem is still there. We were both in the same team, same place, both wearing the new non-used Promise Wristlet (Gold).

We even BOTH tried to handover our NEW Promise Wristlet (Gold) to the Sanctum Acolyte to see if that will fix the problem but it didn’t. It was still saying I had to annul my existing bond with the Eternity Ring which I don’t have. Thats why the support team couldn’t find our Promise Wristlet in our inventory.

I think I have answered all the questions now that I needed to put it down here. I hope the bug can be fixed soon.
