Questions regarding scenario skip and job leveling potion .

So I have been thinking about using scenario skip till heavensward so that I can start in Stormblood and job leveling for ninja level 60 for one of my alt .by using this service which of the things will be completed and which ones need to be done manually by going back into areas and completing .
Will it unlock pvp , mounting and flying etc . Or do they need to be unlocked manually ?
I could not find the answer anywhere .maybe someone who has used both services could shed light on it ?

You can click the green Available Trials and Duties header to see a complete list for those.

For the things you mentioned specifically, PVP is not unlocked, mounts are unlocked and you will automatically be attuned for flying in HW zones.

PVP is not unlocked

It might not be directly unlocked, but the level boost will mean you are immediately eligible to undertake the unlock quest - unless it's tied to your GC rank, perhaps.
