    they are higher elemental level, not higher base level.

    also, im not just talking about soloing, i am talking about how blu would unbalance groups, since we are talking about seperation from regular classes. And yes blue could easily tank as well as tanks in eureka, the elemental wheel is strong, and the 40% damage reduction mathematically puts them very close to tanks. add toad oil and 30 seconds of blind, 15 seconds of dmg debuff(bad breath) and they are fine The other key here is they can turn it off and on, they can start fights as a tank, and switch to full dps mid fight to burn things down.
