    The stats are actually kind of bad at level 50. Equipping it at 50 in place of the augmented Ironworks earring is a loss of 2 INT and 16 spell speed in exchange for 7 DH.

    I see you're right. The stats don't change in the earring's tooltip so I thought it gave 95 INT (which would be pretty great considering how weak BLU is).
