Quests where you fight as an npc

Can we just not? I understand the dramatic story telling but these fights last so long that it just becomes boring and frustrating. Keep dodging the same mechanic for more than 5 minutes. I would rather just watch a cut scene. Whatever the expansion I understand its to show how strong a character is but its more aggravating then anything.

No. I like them. It's a good way to learn how it is they fight and just what they're working with in comparison to your own strength. It's also an incentive to play other jobs I find.

What could be fixed is the arbitrary wait time we have to sit through. There is no way to speed up the process no matter how fast you button mash due to scripting.

Its a glorified interactive cutscene that you cant skip. like it was ok first two times but HOLY CRAP they overstayed there welcome! At least let us skip them if we don't want to do them.

I don’t mind them, they’re neat, but I do wish they’d have a check point. So if you fail at a certain point let me return to that same point, don’t have me completely redo the entire sequence! That’s when it gets a bit inconvenient.
