Horrible performance when i party/fate with other players

Hi,

So ever since the last small patch that we got like a week or so ago my game has gone to utter cr*p. Whenever I am around other players (npcs/enemies dont affect me) my game starts to stutter, sound's like crackly and my graphics go to hell like its struggling with the FPS. To put it simply, it looks like im streaming a movie with a bad internet connection.

My game has never had this issue before for years, The first time I noticed it I tried turning down the battle effects for the party and enemies, it helped for like a week now if I'm in a main scenario, eureka, in a raid, or a simple fate my game goes to hell regardless of battle effects on. During a fate is when it becomes the worst, completely unplayable.

Otherwise my game works fine if i play alone and stay alone... Has anyone been experiencing this since the last small patch or perhaps have any suggestions?

My graphics card ive been told aint the best its a nvidia 750 gtx (it has worked without issues i also play WoW without issues with this) I've tried lowering the settings but that does nothing.

I've been experiencing something similar. It looks like the game is currently having trouble pushing information through my router for some reason. If I mouse over the internet connection icon in the upper right corner of my screen, it'll show right around 2000 milliseconds on the receiving side.

Manikku, is the FPS affected only when playing with other people? Do you ever have problems with it when you are playing by yourself? Were any updates or changes made to the PC? Also what have you tried so far to alleviate the problem?
