How to practice lvl 60 rotation?

I’m a bit curious, why?
Even syncing to the level of the content won’t give you the experience “as it was” because the jobs at 50 and 60 aren’t the same as they were when they came out(potency balances were different, bard/mch had cast times at 60 before, a lot of skills that used to be in the game are gone or heavily reworked, and some jobs even had skills added in 4.0 at lower levels that didn’t previously exist).

the only way to practices on level 60 sync that i know is doing level 60 dungeons in sync or palace of the dead Floors 51-100 and up

Positionals don't exist in POTD so it might not give the practice they want.
