Alphascape Savage echo in a few weeks?

Alphascape Savage weekly loot restrictions are expected to unlock in patch 4.56, but some people are predicting that echo will come at the same time (since this is what occurred in the final raid tier of Heavensward).

For Sigmascape Savage, it looks like loot was unlocked in patch 4.36, but echo wasn't implemented until patch 4.41. There is a confirmed patch 4.57 (world visit system) so I'm wondering if maybe SE will implement Alphascape Savage echo at that time.

Does anyone have any definitive information on whether Alphascape Savage echo will be included in patch 4.56?

Based on the patch notes for 3.56, which was Part 2 of the Heavensward finale, I think it's likely we'll get the same kind of updates to Alphascape Savage as Creator did, so loot restrictions being lifted as well as echo.

Of course, nothing confirmed, but we all know SE like to stick to their predictable release patterns. 3.56 notes for reference.

Yeah that's true, but for in ARR the loot restriction was lifted in patch 2.55, echo was added in 2.56, and echo was increased in 2.57. It may be that since the loot restriction wasn't lifted in 4.55, it will come with echo in 4.56, but it seems strange to shift the pattern only for the last raid tier in the expansion. People are still putting up party finders recruiting for log run groups because they're expecting the same pattern as delta and sigma, where loot restriction gets lifted first. I know some people who are planning to do a bunch of runs as soon as the tier goes on farm. So it would be a big surprise to a lot of people I think, even though it would be the same as the HW implementation.
