I think that it is good idea to have unique mounts for each job but it should be harder to get than unicorn. Nothing extreme though.
What if they were all easy to get, but had an advanced version with more details on them? For example at level seventy something, you could get a Unicorn with armor, or maybe it would have a rainbow trail as it runs/flys.
