Moogle beast tribe missing npc

NPC name: Unflinching Temple Knight
Class/Level: Red Mage lvl 70
Party or solo: solo
Area and coordinates: Coerthas, Foundation, The Last Vigil (X 11.4, Y 11.0)
Steps:Can't really explain in steps cause i'm not sure why its happening. But unfortunately the npc does not appear where he is needed for me to gain the quest "into the mists". I've re checked my completed quests multiple times and I've completed everything needed up until that quest. I've also checked my active quest but I do not have it there either. I've reset my game constantly but he still does not appear where he is needed so I can't complete the quests to unlock the moogle beast tribe. This has been going on for months now and I still cant find the reason why he doesn't appear. I have a crafter high enough level and have completed the main scenario/all side quests required to unlock it.

Have you done the quest chains in the Churning Mists that are pre-requisites for the Moogle quest?

Here's the quest data on Garland Tools - you can work backwards from there through the "required quests" to figure out where to go.

Iirc, the Quests from the Churning Mists continue with an nPC from Ishgard. You haven't completed all sidequests if you haven't assisted some Dragoons with recon in the Churning Mists.

So i feel stupid lol turns out i didnt need into the mist at all after finishing all the dragoon quests it finally unlocked, dont know why the guide says into the mist, bitter is the night and cleaning house (56) are needed turns out i dont need them at all, so sorry for this and thank you guys for the help <3
